Estate Sales / Online Auction Team Member:
In this role, you are part of a team providing excellent customer service to Caring Transition customers in Guilford and the surrounding areas.
  • Within a customer’s house, you would be responsible for sorting, organizing, taking photos for online auctions, boxing items for pick up and shipping, and other similar activities. 
  • We are expanding our team and the primary duties of this role are sorting, organizing, and packing boxes.
  • Assist in the set up and execution of estate sales and online auctions, including photographing items and helping customers.
  • Stage and lightly clean home to prepare for sale.
  • Variety of work - no two days are the same!

 Job description (including, but not limited to):
  • Moving supplies/moving boxes within the client's home
  • Lifting of boxes/decor and some furniture within the home and to new location
  • Sort, organize and pack household goods to be moved or sold
  • Safely pack and unpack 
  • Disposal of unwanted items for donation or removal
  • Delivery and shipping of items purchased through online auction
  • Interacting with clients, their families, and other coworkers
 Job Requirements (including, but not limited to):
  • Must reside within 30 miles of Huntsville
  • Must be able to lift more than 30 pounds properly
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable source of transportation
  • Must be able to stand and work for long periods of time
  • Access to a computer for scheduling, timekeeping & project management app
 Availability and hours:
  • Include your availability when applying.
  • Part-time hours--no two days or weeks are the same with no guarantee of hours.
