About Us

Nelson Hall Theater is a unique performing arts venue on the campus of a retirement community, where guests are welcome and our shows are open to the public. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming and intimate. A box-style theater with a high vaulted wood beam ceiling, Nelson Hall Theater boasts hand crafted stained glass windows, a 1929 Moller Pipe organ, a superior sound system and professional grade stage lighting.

Important Guest Information about our Theater:

We have plenty of guest parking between the front parking area of Village Green and the alternate Riverbend parking lot. Limited Handicapped accessible parking areas are marked and available on a first come, first served basis. For most shows, there are parking attendants at each entrance as well as signs to direct guests to visitor parking areas. Please park only in spaces marked “V” for visitor.

Venue Seating:
Our comfortably padded main level seats are gently graduated, with up to 25 additional accessible reserved seating spaces. We have a small balcony seating area used mainly for technical staff and production crew. There are no obstructed views.

Special Needs and Accessibility
Our theater is fully accessible to those who require assistance from wheelchairs, walkers or companions. Because circumstances vary, please inform the box office at the time of purchase if you require special considerations.Accessible seating is limited and issued on a first-come, first-served basis.
